Max joined Valenta Capital Management as the Vice President of Business Development, proud to partner with his father and brother in serving the firm’s clients. He brings a strong foundation in complex financial planning to Valenta Capital Management, developed during his time in New York City at Morgan Stanley. There, Max refined his planning skills by analyzing thousands of financial plans and portfolios, helping train and lead a large team of planning analysts, and earning rapid promotions through his dedication to technical excellence.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Max is passionate about making sure every client has a clear, comprehensive roadmap for their future. At Valenta Capital Management, he focuses on deepening the firm’s planning services, helping business owners build and manage optimized 401(k) retirement plans, and personally guiding plan participants and individual clients to make sure they feel supported and confident at every step of their financial journey.
Outside of the office, Max is a dedicated fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide, an avid collector of rare sneakers, and loves exploring new restaurants in search of his next great meal.
